It's my goal as a filmmaker to take a house, and make it look like a home. "But Kris," you might ask, "whats the difference between a house and home, they are literally the same thing?"
Wrong.
A house is a few walls and a roof, whereas a home has emotion, a feeling, or an experience. It's a place instead of a space. A home invites you and makes you feel welcomed and comforted. It has character and attachment, perhaps even a name. Some may say a house is alive.
So what you'll find below are the two types of films I like to show how a home is simply not a house:

CINEmAtic
Sound and visual, a highlight reel of key views and spaces in a home. These can be any length for a variety of uses, focusing on showing every room and area, or more of a overview to show how spaces feel and flow - what photos can't express.
CREaTIvE
With this style I try and make the walk through enganging and entertaining. Possibly showing what living in the space might look like, or getting creative and adding some witt and humour to the space. These are the ones I enjoy most and I feel get the most response from viewers.
